Employment Workshop: Job Interview Skills

Have an upcoming job interview?  Or just want to improve your interview skills?  Come join us for a very special Career Services workshop hosted in collaboration with Mardiana Sekaramadhani, a Recruitment Analyst with MNP, which is one of the leading accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Mardiana is also a Columbia College alumni so this is a wonderful experience to connect with a former CC student who conducts interviews with job seekers as a profession!

Date/ Time of workshop: Thursday, October 8th from 4pm to 5pm (PST)

This workshop will cover topics such as: 

  • Interview process 
  • In-person vs online interviews 
  • Interview etiquette 
  • Frequently asked interview questions 
  • Break-out rooms and discussion to practice interview questions   

More about Mardiana: 

Mardiana is originally from Indonesia.  She is a CC alumni who is currently a Recruitment Analyst at MNP.  She studied at CC from 2012-2013 in our university transfer program and then transferred to UBC in 2013.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a Biology concentration in 2017.  

As an aspiring CPHR, she has over 3 years experience in the recruitment and human resources field.  Currently she is working as a Recruitment Analyst at MNP, which is one of the leading accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada.  Throughout her time working in recruitment and HR, she has experienced working across various industries such as accounting, insurance, not for profit, technology…just to name a few.
