For New Students (Fall 2024):
- Complete the application form by August 2, 2024.
- Offers will be sent out on August 5, 2024.
- Sign the lease and pay the first 2 months’ rent by August 15, 2024.
- Move-in begins on September 1, 2024.

For Current Students:
- No application deadline.
- To move in starting September 1, 2024, sign the lease by July 31, 2024, and pay the first month’s rent by August 15, 2024.

Location
The accommodation is at 4589 Gladstone Street in Vancouver (V5N 2T4), a 25-minute direct bus ride from our campus.
Cost
A private room will cost $965 per month or a shared room with bunk beds or beds end-to-end is $725 per person per month. There will also be a $20 to $25 monthly insurance charge. In addition, you will be required to pay a $300 refundable damage deposit before you move in.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible to live in this accommodation, you must meet the following criteria:
• You must be 19 or over
• You must be studying in the University (Associate Degree) program
• You must be in good academic standing (not on probation)
