Location
The accommodation is at 4589 Gladstone Street in Vancouver (V5N 2T4), a 25-minute direct bus ride from our campus.
Room Types and Pricing
Each apartment has 2 bedrooms: one private, and one shared, with a maximum of 3 students per apartment. There is also a large shared kitchen and lounge, bathroom(s) and balcony.
Private rooms are available for $965 per month*. These sleep one person only.
Shared rooms (bunk beds or twin beds) cost $625 per person per month. Two people can share a shared room.
Large Private rooms are bunk rooms with just one bed used. These rooms provide more space than a standard private room. These sleep one person only at a rate of $1,200 per month.
A $25 monthly insurance fee applies. Before moving in, residents must also pay a refundable damage deposit of $300.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this accommodation, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a Columbia College student
- You must be 18 or over (over 19 if in the High School program)
- You must be in good academic standing (not on probation)
