So you want to join an activity or event hosted by Student Life?
It's as easy as 1,2,3!
1. Register Online
👉Visit the Events Calendar and click on the activity you would like to join.
✍️Fill the online registration form on the activity page.
⚠️Payment is required to complete your booking.
2. Complete Your Booking
🆗We accept debit and credit payments at Student Services.
⛔No cash or American Express or online payments.
👉Visit Student Services (Main Campus, 2nd Floor) or the North Campus Student Life Coordinator's office (North Campus, Room 406B).
⚠️You will receive a copy of our Activity Waiver upon registration. Please fill the PDF and email it to ssa@columbiacollege.ca or bring a paper copy when you come to pay.
3. Show up!
👍You're all set. Be ready to join the activity!
🕘Please plan ahead and arrive on time. Lateness could impact the experience for other participants.
⚠️All activities have a 15-minute grace period. The Student Life Coordinator will leave the meeting point and/or begin the activity after waiting for 15 minutes after the designated start time.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
We value the importance of honoring commitments, as late cancellations and no-shows can disrupt planned activities. A Columbia College student who has signed up for an activity may cancel provided that a minimum of 24-hours' notice is given. You can notify Student Life by contacting Nav or Zerlinda. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your participation in future activities. There are no refunds for late cancellations, late arrival or no-shows. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
