Students must complete their program requirements in order to graduate. For program requirements, visit this page.
In order to receive a credential for your program, you must apply for your final certificate and transcript at the Main Office. There is a $5 fee for all transcript requests. Students are encouraged to apply for their final documents during the semester in which they are completing their program requirements in order to receive their confirmation as soon as possible after their final grades have been published.
Once final grades are published, and if we have received your transcript and certificate request, we aim to have your documents ready for collection within 8-10 business days.
If there is a hold on your account, such as a library, tuition or study permit hold, you will not be able to collect your final documents. We recommend that you work to resolve any holds before you finish your final exams.
