Fall 2019 DeStress for Success Week

During the last week of classes, Student Services organizes a week-long campaign to help students destress and relax before final exams. Self care is an important aspect of student life, especially during times of high stress and anxiety. Each day of the week will give students an opportunity to participate in de-stressing activities. MONDAY, DECEMBER 2 The St. John Ambulance Therapy dogs are coming back to give us nothing but lots of love! Dogs truly have a way into our hearts. Join us in welcoming our adorable furry friends with pats and belly rubs! |
MONDAY, DECEMBER 2 Multiplayer games open to all every day. Bring your own PS4 controllers, GameCube controllers, or your gaming laptop to play local co-op with friends. |
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3 When is the last time you relaxed with a head and shoulder massage? Sign up at Student Services to secure a 10-minute massage with a certified massage therapist. Stop by on the day for possible availabilities. |

Afternoon Stroll to False Creek Nothing beats an afternoon stroll to calm your mind. Meet Jerica at the main floor lobby at 2 or 3pm for a stroll down to False Creek. Get some fresh air and destress! |
