Weekend Activity – Vancouver Chinatown Spring Festival Parade

We are going to The 46th Vancouver Chinatown Spring Festival Parade! On Sunday, February 10th, Vancouver’s Chinatown is hosting a 1.3km-long parade. It will feature lion dances, cultural dance troupes, marching bands, martial arts performances and much more. This is an annual cultural extravaganza! There will be over 3,000 participants from various community and cultural groups. Everyone is welcome to join us in celebrating the Year of the Pig. Come enjoy the sights and hear the sounds of the festivities. See you out there!
Meeting time: 10:30AM
Meeting location: Stadium-Chinatown Station (Expo Line)
*This is an off-campus event. You must travel individually and meet the group directly at the meeting location. Although this is a free event, please sign up with your Student Life Coordinator, Jerica (Main Campus) at jyoon@columbiacollege.ca, or Zerlinda (North Campus) at zchau@columbiacollege.ca.
**Students under age 19 will need to get a permission waiver signed by their legal guardian. Please see Zerlinda for details!
